Can I cancel my order to be sent to the optician after it has been made?

Yes, the Try on in store service is a non-obligation service. You just need to contact our Customer Service department and we will alert the optician.

Can I change the optician or the deliver time after my order has been sent?

Yes, you can cancel or change your order, no sweat. You just need to contact our Customer Service department, who will cancel the previous order and help you find a new optician that best fits your needs. Once you’ve done that, you simply need to make another order online and select your new chosen optician.

How many days do I have to pick them up?

You can go pick up the glasses at the optician’s starting seven days from making your order.

Will the optician notify me when they arrive?

Yes, the optician will call you when they receive the order.

Do I have to pay for shipping costs?

No, the pick-up service at the optician’s is free of charge. Etnia Barcelona assumes the shipping costs to the chosen optician.
