Customer Service Specialist (Castellano/Catalán)

We need to add a CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT with a native level of SPANISH and CATALAN in the CUSTOMER SERVICE Department.
How will your day-to-day be?
- Respond to all incoming calls from both customers and the sales network for the Iberia market.
- Process orders and guarantees to offer the customer the best quality in terms of delivery.
- Manage complaints and claims to offer the client the best solution in each case.
- Solve transportation incidents to meet the established deadlines.
- Assist other departments to ensure good communication with representatives and clients.
How would we like you to be?
- Minimum previous experience of 2 years working in a Customer Service department.
- Spanish and native Catalan.
- Very valuable high level of English.
- Medium level of French is a plus.
- We will positively value SAP knowledge.
