Marketing Coordinator (Miami office)



This position is primarily responsible for helping plan and execute the marketing strategy of the company in the USA and Canadian markets. Your main responsibilities include conducting market research, producing promotional material, coordinating with customers and sales agents and analyzing sales data.

You are able to interpret customers’ behavior and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness. If you have excellent communication skills, knowledge about graphic design and a passion for advertising strategies, we want to meet you.

Essential Duties:

• Markets products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.

• Tracking sales data.

• Designing visuals for promotional actions.

• Maintaining promotional materials inventory.

• Planning meetings and trade shows.

• Maintaining databases.

• Preparing reports.

• Assisting our sales agents and customers with trainings and any marketing needs.

• Other tasks to support different departments.


• Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising plans, strategies and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.

• Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data.

• Designs visuals for promotional actions under the supervision of the creative department in Barcelona.

• Organizes promotional activities for new or existing products.

• Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements; inventorying stock, placing orders, verifying receipt.

• Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer service requests.

• Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.

• Works with sales agents and customers for trainings, coordination of specific marketing actions, shows and others.

• Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.


• Able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud. Mailchimp and SAP Business 1 are a plus.

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing, trade marketing or graphic design position.

• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Demonstrated passion for creativity and design.
