DESCRIPTION
At Etnia Barcelona Customer Service's department we need to recruit:

A Customer Service Representative with outstanding English & French communication, superior organizational skills, high attention to detail and passion for excellent customer service, with a minimum of two years’ experience working in a Customer Service Department.

As Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:

- Answering all incoming calls both from clients and our sales network.
- Processing orders and guarantees to give clients the highest standard in delivery times.
- Managing complaints and grievances to provide clients with the best solution every time.
- Solving any incidents in transport to comply with the established delivery times.
- Chasing non-payments to prevent delays within the agreed payment periods.
- Liaising with other departments to ensure good communication with representatives and clients.

SKILLS
Minimum requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer service department.
- Outstanding English & French communication skills. Knowledge of any other languages will be considered a plus.
- Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel.
- SAP user.
