About the Role

The Supply Planner is responsible for overseeing and controlling all production planning activities within a multi-plant environment for new and existing products, managing inventory levels, resolve supply chain issues. The above activities are supported through constant communication with the Factory Planning team, our overseas suppliers, the distribution center, and the demand planners, as wells as diligently applying proven supply chain management practices.

How will your day-to-day be?

By the Supply Planner led helped to achieve the company’s targets while managing inventories to the lowest levels. Responsible for supporting the end-to-end model of minimizing total delivered cost and identifying both operational & strategic capacity issues/opportunities.

• Develop near-term production plans as well as long-term forecasts used for material planning and capacity reviews.
• Analyze forecasted demand, inventory, and backlog to develop and manage weekly supply plans.
• Responsible for balancing demand & capacity for own produced products in China.
• HNK Warehouse oversees and management to always ensure the stock of Raw Materials.
• Work closely with DP team, commercial and Trade Marketing team to ensure an accurate volume projection into the forecast.
• Manage all assigned material activities related to production, purchase, and distribution planning and ensure availability for the production plan in line with the company parameters and supplier contracts.
• Act as point of contact for suppliers and factories by overseeing the production calendar.
• Follow up production, always detect and anticipate any issue.
• Create and maintain SAP DataBase update it with the last changes (new delivery plans, pricing and more).
• Master Data maintenance.
• Manage reduction and prevention of slow and obsolete stock.
• Ensure replenishment policies are defined a maintained for all SKUs, considering, shipment restrictions, shipment calendar, including inventory stocking policies, safety stock levels on ERP system.
• BOM management: Create, Maintain the DataBase in System.
• Weekly frame importation
• Monthly sales reports

How would we like you to be?

• Industrial Engineering school background or Business School
• +2/3+ year successful experience in a Supply Chain role in a fast-moving environment
• Fluent Spanish & English spoken and written (Italian is plus)
• Excellent Project management and organization skills
• Strong Excel and SAP (preferred S/4 Hanna) skills are a MUST.
• Highly analytical and problem solver personality, ability to understand and adapt to different environments.
• Dynamic profile with drive, pro-activity, and strong interpersonal skills
• Team player, outgoing and willing to learn.
• Able to work effectively across functions/teams.
