At the Etnia Barcelona Customer Service department we need to recruit:

A bilingual Customer Service Representative with outstanding French and English communication (Spanish is a plus), superior organizational skills, high attention to detail and passion for excellent customer service, with a minimum of two years’ experience working in a Customer Service Department.

As Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:

-Answering all incoming calls both from clients and our sales network.
-Processing orders and guarantees to give clients the highest standard in delivery times.
-Managing complaints and grievances to provide clients with the best solution every time.
-Solving any incidents in transport to comply with the established delivery times.
-Chasing non-payments to prevent delays within the agreed payment periods.
-Liaising with other departments to ensure good communication with representatives and clients.

HABILIDADES
Minimum requirements:

-Previous experience in a customer service department.
-Bilingual in English and French (Spanish is a plus).
-Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel.
-SAP user.
