Customer Service Specialist (Francés)

We need to incorporate a CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT with a FRENCH native level in the Key Accounts Department.

How will your day-to-day be?

- Respond to all incoming calls from both customers and the sales network.

- Management of orders and guarantees for large accounts in the French Zone in coordination with the different departments.

- Manage complaints and claims to offer the customer the best solution in each case (billing, logistics, returns ...).

- Solve transportation incidents to meet the established deadlines.

- Assist other departments to ensure good communication with representatives and clients.

How would we like you to be?

- Minimum previous experience of 2 years working in a Customer Service department.

- Native French and a high level of Spanish.

- Medium - high Excel level

- We will positively value SAP knowledge.
