At Etnia Barcelona we need to recruit: Account Executives for the Midwest and East Coast regions of the USA with a minimum of three years’ experience working in USA Optical Market, reporting directly to the Area Manager. As Account Executive you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities, promote and present our products within the assigned geographic areas, dealing with the customers on daily basis, in order to achieve significant quantitative and qualitative sales targets, according to our commercial strategy. Key Responsabilities: • Achieve the sales and distribution targets within the assigned commercial areas. • Develop and maintain a long term relationship with clients within designated territory through regular interactions in stores, buying events, trade shows, etc.; • Identify sales development, distribution and promotion opportunities, analyze and monitor the in store presence perspectives and competitor’s actions, in order to maximize sell in and sell out results, within your territory. • Optimize brand presence in store by actively ensuring an adequate level of assortment, product display and activity within the stores.
Minimum requirements: - Previous experience as sales representative for eyewear brand. - Based in USA. - Self-employed agent with high travel motivation. - Experience in USA optical market with proven sales successes. - Outstanding English communication. - Team player with a positive attitude. - Excellent client service, presentation and follow-up skills. - Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
